Enter for an Exam

Please contact your local representative in your state.

Entering for a Trinity examination – whether it be for Music or Drama & Speech, is easy.

Schools, Teachers, Parents and Candidates may enter directly. Here are the steps:

  1. Download a form from this website, or request one to be mailed to you from your local representative.
  2. Complete the form and return with your payment (cheque, money order and in some localities by direct deposit – sorry credit cards are not accepted) – ensure the entry will arrive by the due date. Late entries will incur late fees.
  3. Ensure you have marked the entry with the correct session (i.e. May/June, Aug/Sept etc) and named the centre correctly – this means the city/town name (not venue location). Only list religious observance, and state mandated examination times or university examination times as dates to be avoided, i.e. HSC, QCS, VCE, NAPLAN.
  4. If you wish to request consideration for dates, venues etc, please attach a separate page detailing this, but no guarantees can be made outside normal Trinity policy.
  5. Please familiarise yourself with the current Regulations and Information (download here)

What next?
Candidates/ teachers et al will receive 3 weeks written notice of the exam date, time and venue from the local representative.

Special Needs
For candidates requesting Special Needs provision, please fill in a Special Needs request form for each candidate providing us with as much information as possible. A Special Needs request form can be obtained from your local rep, Head Office, or as a download from the panel on the right.
